The ADA in San Francisco is where it’s happening in dentistry this week, and our team has been showing off the all new CEREC AC with Omnicam to an excited crowd. Riding high on the CEREC 27 and a half wave of enthusiasm, doctors and their staff have been lined up at the booth to get their own hands-on experience with the new camera.
Dr. Todd Ehrlich has been matched up in multiple daily CEREC/E4D live patient demos where the crowds have been standing-room only, especially on a typically busy Friday. The ADA has provided a nice venue where both systems can take the stage with each side providing doctors and patients who demonstrate the entire CAD/CAM process, scan to mill.
Aside from Omnicam, Sirona was honored by the Pride Institute Technology Expo with the “Best of Class” award for CEREC SW 4.0. This is the 4th year we have won the award, making Sirona Dental the only manufacturer to achieve this many consecutive wins.
Besides the obvious focus on dentistry going on inside the Moscone Center, San Francisco has a way of stealing the show. It’s a city like no other with a love of technology that runs deep. So I guess it makes perfect sense that the best dental technology in the world is on full display here.
