She has more than 20 years of experience working in the outpatient environment, both delivering patient care and management. She joined Total Medical Compliance in 2006, where she is responsible for the development and supervision of compliance programs within the organization. Karen serves on the OSAP Board of Directors and is a Hu-Friedy Thought Leader. A much-in-demand speaker, she also serves on the Editorial Review Board for OSAP’s Infection Control in Practice and frequently contributes articles to local and state organizational publications.
