Jessica Wilson is a National speaker, trainer and educator focused on Infection Prevention and Infection Control Compliance. Prior to joining Hu-Friedy as an Instrument Management and Infection Prevention Specialist, Jessica served as a National Trainer and Content Specialist of Infection Prevention in the dental industry. Jessica helps practices address three critical factors for increasing practice profitability through creating an efficient process for sterilization, instrument processing, inventory management and team communication. She has worked with hundreds of dental practices helping them understand compliance regulations for Infection Control in dentistry, best practices for instrument processing with organization and efficiency and how to create standardized systems in sterilization. Ms. Wilson has spoken at numerous conferences including the University of Alabama Alumni Annual Convention, Alabama State Dental Convention, Oklahoma State Dental Association Annual Convention, North Carolina Dental Hygiene Association Annual Symposium, New Orleans Dental Hygiene Symposium and the Southwest Dental Conference in Dallas, TX.. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and certified in Dental Public Health from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ. She is a Chair member and volunteer consultant for the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP), a member of the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) Education Council, ADHA, Atlanta Dental Hygiene Society, Georgia Dental Hygiene Association, and a chair member of the National Speakers Association Georgia chapter.
