Eaglesoft Advanced Imaging and Pearl Second Opinion Integration
Elevate clinical performance with an AI-powered radiologic assistant for the more efficient and productive chairside x-ray review and case presentation. Pearl enrolled customers will have access to a built-in Pearl Second Opinion integration with Eaglesoft, allowing you to reap the rewards of AI-powered radiology without the hassle of switching between platforms.
Within seconds of capture, you can view Pearl’s automatic disease detections and bone level measurements appear on x-rays directly in the Eaglesoft Advanced Imaging interface. With AI clinical findings indicated on image thumbnails, you can quickly identify which pathologies have been detected in each x-ray.
Additionally, every image will contain the measurement tool and tooth parts tool. The measurement tool can help in identifying regions of interest. The tooth parts tool provides a color-coded visual representation to identify tooth anatomy within the radiograph.
To see analysis findings with bounding areas, you can view the pathologic and non-pathologic features highlighted in the right-hand menu in the Advanced Imaging screen. Hovering over these regions provides specific feature names for clarity.
If you need to switch between normal view and Pearl AI view, easily toggle the Pearl AI button on the toolbar.
To add the Pearl AI toolbar button to the toolbar, simply select Pearl AI through the Customize Toolbar options.

In this upgrade, we have removed the measurement tool in Eaglesoft Advanced Imaging to no longer classify Eaglesoft as a medical device. Maintaining one feature under the medical device classification requires significant development and support effort that our team can now shift to additional Eaglesoft feature enhancements. This will allow us to provide our Eaglesoft customers with the best software experience. We understand the measurement tool may have been an important feature for your practice.
