Valerie Reed is the EagleSoft Product Manager. Starting with Patterson in 2004 as a Support Specialist, Valerie was quickly promoted to Tier III Support Specialist and then to her current position. As Product Manager, Valerie serves as a liaison between the customers and the product developers, gathering feedback and ideas to shape the software. Additionally, Valerie stays abreast of the latest advances in the dental industry, attending shows and seminars to meet with key opinion leaders as well as prospective customers.
