Over the last nine years, Spear Education has been helping to develop the next generation of business leaders through their Young and Motivated program. These workshops were developed by Rezwan and Kaleim Manji, two young and motivated leaders in their own right, to help young people, ages 15-25, find and transition into their own lifestyles. Over the past decade more than 3,000 young adults have gained insight from business leaders on managing time, money and relationships. It has been a tremendous joy watching the life-changing journeys some of our Patterson employees’ children as well as the children of dental customers have gone through.
I was saddened to hear that this coming Young and Motivated workshop, June 22-23, will be the last. It has been a humbling experience to be a part of this program and to be able to speak at the final session. For those of you who have been contemplating sending your children, I would highly recommend registering for this one last very powerful program. This will be their last chance to participate in this profound opportunity.
