A few months ago we announced a partnership with RevenueWell. RevenueWell is a practice marketing and patient communication suite that can greatly help your office attract new patients and nurture your existing patients.

RevenueWell offers multiple solutions for your practice, from accepting online payments, managing your email campaigns and confirming appointments to boosting your online presence and managing patient referrals. This innovative suite of online tools is completely integrated with Eaglesoft, using your patient and treatment information to completely automate your communication and marketing activities. Your practice can target specific groups of people based on age (i.e., send out a tooth whitening campaign to all patients age 17-18 before graduation or prom, etc.), send an email to patients with pending treatment to warn of expiring insurance benefits, or follow up with patients who have had scaling and root planing but never had a periodontal maintenance visit. This is all possible because of the direct integration between RevenueWell and Eaglesoft. RevenueWell syncs with Eaglesoft every 15 minutes to ensure you and your patients have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips.

The system runs in the background without your involvement, giving you and your staff more time to focus on what you do best – caring for your patients.

A registered dental hygienist, Jana spent the first 23 years of her professional career working both in the clinical dental setting and in practice management. For the past 10 years, she has worked in various capacities with Patterson Dental to bring technology to the dental office. She has specialized in EagleSoft and Schick Technologies software products, Patterson hardware offerings, CAESY Patient Education Systems and various digital imaging products. Jana has conducted in-office trainings in offices nationwide as well as presenting seminars and publishing articles to help dental professionals take the initial steps toward operating a computerized, digital office. She presently serves as the Technology Marketing Manager of Patterson Dental.
