Increase productivity and improve communication with this simple and highly effective tool
Your daily schedule should be simple and easy to read. Provider hours need to be current and up to date so provider time is accurately represented. This makes it easy to review a provider’s schedule at a glance and effortlessly see what free time is available.
Eaglesoft has made many enhancements to make scheduling a more efficient task. One of the ways we do this is with Provider View. Your daily schedule is home base, where everyone goes to see what’s going on.
To access Provider View, simply click the C/P button on your toolbar. This button allows you to toggle between Chair View and Provider View. If you don’t see this button, you will need to add it to the toolbar by right-clicking and selecting ‘Customize’. From this window you can add, remove and rearrange toolbar buttons.
In Provider View, each provider appears in his or her own column and scheduled appointments in this view will display the appointment on all providers attached to that appointment. In the example below, Dr. Young is with Hillary from 8:00-8:40 and then with Alissa from 8:50-9:00. The color on the appointment reflects when he is with each patient, eliminating guesswork and scrolling across chairs to determine who needs a hygiene check.
