If you’ve been following the blog this week, you know that we’ve been sharing our field experience and showing you how it relates to what Patterson Dental can bring to you and your practice.

I’ve worked in dentistry for more than 20 years and was a service technician for a number of those years. Though I’ve been at our headquarters in Minnesota since 2006, I’d like share a few “nuts and bolts” of dentistry that I’ve learned.

Equipment, even the best-made products in the marketplace (including those which Patterson carries), will have its moments. Who you bought the equipment from – and how they service it – is therefore very important.

With Patterson, should a piece of equipment require service, our technicians are fast, professional and reliable. Plus, when he or she arrives at your practice to make a repair, (often within four hours of receiving a service call) you’re earning Advantage Dollars, which can be used to buy equipment and technology.

If you’re reinvesting in your practice by purchasing new equipment or upgrading your technology, then your patients are immersed in a modern dental practice. If they’re surrounded by the latest and greatest that dentistry has to offer, then they’re more likely to enjoy their experience at your practice.

We believe that everything in the dental practice is connected. Even the little things can make a big difference for you and your patients. We’re proud to support you every day in your efforts to take care of your customers. Thank you for your business!

PS. Check back tomorrow for a post by our Vice President of Sales, Dave Misiak, who will wrap up the week!
