Customer Service Week 2012

Another Customer Service Week is in the history books. We laughed, we wore jeans and most of all, we ate.


Monday started with a hand-delivered treat from management in the form of salty, crunchy or chocolatey goodness. Additionally, employees were invited to rededicate themselves to customer service in the form of commitment cards (and snazzy pens).


On Tuesday, breakfast was served! The Management team served up fruit, bagels, (strawberry milk!), donuts and breakfast pizza courtesy of Joe’s Pizza and Pasta. Word puzzles, trivia facts and other games were played for fun and prizes throughout the week.


Wednesday, we celebrated with games and puzzles and anticipation of a ‘special delivery.’


Thursday came and brought with it lunch for 300. The Cafe was overflowing with pizza, pasta and salad, once more provided by Joe’s Pizza and Pasta.


For Friday, it was casual with a ‘dress-up’ twist. Costumes included clowns, retro rock stars, luaus, masked strangers, pajama parties, sports-related activities and pirates. And for once, everyone found Waldo….and Waldo….and more Waldos.

The day ended with the last of the daily prize drawings and that special delivery, a spiffy new travel mug with the Patterson logo.

Customer Service Week may be over for 2012 but our continued commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service lives on.
