It is hard to believe it has been over a year since we launched Off the Cusp. In that time, we’ve seen the dental industry rapidly grow and change. Not only have we seen a shift in the way technology is used within dental practices, we’ve also seen a great shift in how social media is used across the dental industry. It has been a tremendous amount of fun to watch these changes as well as to get an opportunity to share our ideas and provide a little insight into what makes us Patterson Dental.
About a year ago, I posted a blog called World of Mouth with a video by Erik Qualman. This video contained a tremendous amount of powerful stats about how the social media world is shaping business. With all the changes we’ve seen over the last year, we thought it was important to share an updated version of this video.
