In recent months, we began rolling out a convenient new software platform for our service technicians called eMagine TS. The improved software offers our technicians many exciting new capabilities, including access to real time data and the most up to date information. There is now an internal aircard, which will enable the technicians to enter in the call data while still in the dental office, which means no more writing it down and entering it at a later time. But I won’t bore you with any more technical jargon … what do these changes mean for you and your practice?

Essentially, with this new enriched tool, our field technicians will be able to serve you more quickly so that you can be more efficient with your day to day business. In fact, the primary driver behind all of our efforts to upgrade and improve upon the technology we utilize is your success. With this new software, your Advantage Dollar amounts, service club information, and service and equipment history for up to two years prior will be at the service technicians’ fingertips. We’ve also enhanced the search functions so that your technician will be able to locate equipment and parts for you more quickly and easily. This new software will help our team to be more productive, for the benefit of your practice.

It’s simple; the more efficient we are in serving you, the more efficient you will be in serving your patients. And helping you deliver a wonderful patient experience is what we believe to be most important in our partnership.
